1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing, viewing, downloading, or purchasing from our photo and video galleries hosted on Pixieset ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our galleries.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases from our galleries. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Intellectual Property & Image Usage
3.1 Ownership
All photographs, images, and videos displayed in our galleries ("the Content") are protected by U.S. copyright laws and remain the sole property of The Dominic Group, LLC d.b.a. James Johnson Creative. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
3.2 Personal Use License
When you download a digital file or purchase a print, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This includes:

Printing for personal enjoyment or gifts
3.3 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:

4. Digital Downloads & Print Purchases
4.1 Digital Downloads
After purchase, you will receive a download link. You are responsible for saving and backing up your files. We are not responsible for lost or corrupted files after the download link expires.
4.2 Print Orders
Prints are fulfilled through third-party printing services. While we ensure quality standards, final prints may vary slightly due to monitor calibration differences. This does not constitute a defect .
4.3 Payment
Full payment is required before processing any order. We accept payments through Pixieset's integrated payment processors.
4.4 Returns & Refunds
Because prints and digital downloads are custom-produced:
All digital download sales are final
Physical products damaged during shipping may be eligible for replacement. Contact us within [7] days of receipt with photos of the damage
Returns for other reasons are not accepted
5. Account Responsibility
If you create an account to access galleries or make purchases, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
6. Social Media & Sharing
You may share links to our galleries or blog posts using the share functions provided. When posting images on social media, please credit James Johnson Creative with a tag or link where possible . Copying, screenshotting, or downloading images outside of purchased downloads is prohibited.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the proper functioning of the galleries
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE".
